1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac99 ("ac99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ac99 website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting services, and all related features available at ac99.club.

By creating an ac99 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ac99 platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms (if any are made available in future), the English version shall prevail. ac99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ac99.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to ac99 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ac99 enforces a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly allow access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ac99 account. Each individual may hold only one account at any given time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of an employee of ac99 or any of its affiliated game providers and technology partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect on your account.

ac99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to ac99's satisfaction, the account may be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals will be held until the process is complete.

Any player found to have provided false eligibility information — including a false date of birth — will have their account permanently closed. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure, including any winnings derived from bets placed during the period of ineligibility, may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on ac99 — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — you must update your account promptly. ac99 accepts no liability for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Login Credentials and Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your ac99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ac99 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. You are advised to use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

Any bet, transaction, or activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ac99 of a security compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ac99 support at [email protected] immediately to request an account freeze.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ac99 account. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ac99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or pending withdrawals across those accounts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on ac99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ac99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are integrated directly into the ac99 platform via secure API connections.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (subject to individual payment provider limits)
• Processing time: Most deposits are credited to your ac99 wallet within 3 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposit fees: ac99 charges no fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ac99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods or when identity verification is pending, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ac99 support following an identity verification review.
• ac99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. You may be asked to provide identity documents and evidence of the source of funds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding active self-exclusion, unresolved responsible gaming restriction, or an open fraud investigation.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

BDT is the native operating currency of ac99. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. All game results, bet settlements, and bonus calculations are performed in BDT. In the unlikely event that a game provider settles a result in a foreign currency, ac99 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of settlement and credit the BDT equivalent to your wallet.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed and games played on the ac99 platform, including the sports sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ac99. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmed bet receipt and reference number are displayed in your account. ac99 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Bets placed using funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement may be subject to additional restrictions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on ac99. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, provider, and event. ac99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on live in-play markets, without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake ("palpable error"), ac99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. This applies to casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets alike. A palpable error in a sportsbook market includes, without limitation, odds that are significantly inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time the bet was placed.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on ac99 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, among other competitions. The following specific rules apply:

• For a cricket match to be valid for betting purposes, a minimum number of overs (as specified per market) must be completed. Where a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other external factors, ac99 follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for settling affected markets where applicable.
• In-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to void an accepted in-play bet.
• ac99 reserves the right to suspend a betting market at any time, including during live play, without prior notice.
• Football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports markets are governed by the rules specific to each sport as published in the ac99 sportsbook rules section.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ac99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion description. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — which may include account verification status, minimum deposit amount, payment method used, and geographic location — are specified per promotion. ac99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where abuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.

6.3 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting — is strictly prohibited. ac99 reserves the right to void any winnings and close accounts involved in such conduct.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ac99, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, identity verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or using another player's account with or without their knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider-information betting in relation to any sports market offered on ac99.
• Using ac99 to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Exploiting documented software bugs or game vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ac99 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the ac99 platform, its software, or its content.

ac99 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, ac99 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, and permanent closure without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ac99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ac99 will process any remaining balance (net of any wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed upon closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ac99

ac99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by ac99.
• Creation of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Detection of prohibited automated betting or bonus abuse strategies.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, ac99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance. In all other cases of closure initiated by ac99, eligible funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, login access is blocked and no promotional communications will be sent. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac99 and its officers, directors, employees, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the ac99 platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failure, server outage, software error, or interruption of service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment intermediary).
• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from a voided bet or game round due to a palpable error, technical malfunction, or market suspension.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by a game provider in relation to game rules, payout calculations, or progressive jackpot awards.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by ac99. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations on liability, ac99's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by that law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ac99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ac99 will notify registered players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, providing a reasonable period for review before the updated Terms take effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at ac99.club/terms-conditions. The date displayed in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ac99 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the ac99 platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above. ac99 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your decision to close your account following a Terms update.
